• We regularly meet at 8:00 AM on the second Sunday of the month at the Manor community center, 4650 Manor Millwood Rd S, Manor, GA 31550
• Note that occasionally, we will reschedule or cancel for various reasons such as personal schedule conflicts. Please check here for notification of change a few days before the anticipated meeting.

• Announcements/notifications:

• Due to the need to improve water flow, culverts at parcel entrances will be removed if they are damaged/disfunctional. A new culvert will not be installed on parcels that don't appear to be regularly used. If you find that your parcel needs one put in it's place, please email us.

• Current Annual Assessment: $500 due on January 1st. Thirty days thereafter, 10% late fee applies and interest will accrue at 10% from date due (January 1st).
